Investeringsgroep Carlyle neemt fotobureau Getty Images over voor 3,3 miljard dollar van zijn huidige eigenaren Hellman & Friedman.
De aankoop komt niet als een verrassing. Eerder deze week werd al bekend dat Carlyle, TPG Capital en CVC op het bureau hadden geboden. KKR en Charterhouse Capital, die eerder wel belangstelling toonden, waren al afgehaakt.
